The midsole contains a BLOOM® foam, an algae-derived, bio-based alternative to standard midsole materials, reducing our reliance on fossil fuel-based plastics. BLOOM® foam contains algae, which is harvested to help clean polluted waterways where the algae grow excessively, restoring degraded water habitats and therefore improving biodiversity and ecosystem health.
