These terms and conditions apply to customers who access the www.stealthmode.eu and www.stealthmode.ie websites (“Website”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any goods from the Website.
These are the terms and conditions of Stealth Mode Limited, which is the company that sells goods to customers on the Website. If you access the Website, and/or place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

How to order
- Select the goods you require from the Website, add to Cart and click ‘View Cart’;
- Review your cart making sure all quantities and specifications such as size (see our sizing chart) and colour fit your requirements, then click “Proceed to Checkout”;
- You must enter your billing and delivery address, e-mail address and phone correctly in the billing details section as the system is automated and is not manually reviewed for obvious errors;
- You will then proceed to the secure payment page where you may select the payment type and complete your order. Your payment will be collected from you by Stealth Mode Limited. Following submission of your order you will be sent an automated order acknowledgement to the email address provided.
Method of Payment
For online payments, we currently accept PayPal and Stripe plus all major credit cards such as Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard. PayPal and Stripe are very safe payment methods for purchases online. You can use PayPal or Stripe as a pay path to pay via your Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard and most major credit cards. You have the option of checking out as a guest using your PayPal or Stripe account or set up an account. Prices are shown in € Euro.
The amount deducted will be Euro. PayPal, Stripe and your credit card provider will convert to your currency at checkout. We have no control over the real-time currency exchange rate. The full amount payable will be shown at checkout. By paying this amount, you have agreed to the real-time exchange rate offered by PayPal, Stripe or credit card provider. We are not responsible for any further transaction charges incurred by your bank or credit card provider.
You will receive an invoice from PayPal and Stripe upon completion of your transaction should you pay via PayPal or Stripe. You should then receive a confirmation email from us. Should you not receive this within 10 hours of your transaction, please contact us at email@example.com
After you’ve made your Purchase
You should receive the following via email:
An order summary with order number e.g.#2057 from www.stealthmode.eu. If you do not receive this within 10 hours of purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is important you enter your full address correctly at time of ordering. This is the responsibility of the customer. Please review your address upon opening a store account or ordering. Should you notice on your receipt that you have misspelled or included incorrect details, please contact us immediately, as once goods are despatched we cannot be responsible for errors made on your address. Our address labelling is automated and cannot pick up on errors or omissions. Orders shall not be resent /refunded/cancelled should an address error be made.
By placing an order through the Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
How the contract for the goods is formed between you and Stealth Mode Limited
After placing your order you will receive an automated acknowledgement. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by Stealth Mode Limited. You will receive an email confirming that Stealth Mode Limited has accepted your order when your order has been processed and is ready for despatch from the Stealth Mode Limited warehouse.
Once Stealth Mode Limited accepts your order, a contract to purchase the goods from Stealth Mode Limited takes effect between you and Stealth Mode Limited. This means that you will own the goods prior to your goods being despatched from the Stealth Mode Limited warehouse. This applies whether the goods are collected (i) on your behalf by Courier or any other courier that you contract with to deliver your goods to you; or (ii) by you in person; or (iii) despatched by Stealth Mode Limited. For the avoidance of doubt, where you have appointed a Courier to collect and deliver your goods for you, you agree that Courier take possession of the goods on your behalf when they collect the goods at the Stealth Mode Limited warehouse.
The contract to sell goods to you only relates to those goods listed in the confirmation email and by placing your order you agree to our Terms and Conditions, Delivery Terms and Returns Policy.
You will be charged before your order has been processed and is ready for despatch or collection by you or your courier at the Stealth Mode Limited warehouse. In the event of us not being able to fulfil your order within a reasonable timeframe we will immediately contact you to discuss whether you wish to wait for the product/ cancel the order/ order something else or a different size.
A description of the main characteristics of goods can be found on the product pages of the Website.
Prices for goods on the Website appear on the product pages and include all applicable taxes.
Prices and offers may vary and may only be available for limited periods. All prices and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at the discretion of Stealth Mode Limited. The prices on the Website may differ to prices in retail stores, catalogues or elsewhere.
The Website contains a large number of goods and it is possible that, despite best efforts, some of the goods listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. If Stealth Mode Limited discovers an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, Stealth Mode Limited will inform you as soon as possible. Stealth Mode Limited will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Stealth Mode Limited is under no obligation to sell incorrectly priced goods to you at the incorrect price.
Goods being collected by your courier or collected by you at the Stealth Mode Limited warehouse will be at your risk when such goods are collected by you or your courier (or Courier’s agent) for you from the Stealth Mode Limited warehouse.
Some offers carry a maximum quantity per customer. If this is applicable, this is detailed on the individual offer.
Any goods showing ex display on the image are heavily marked down in price to clear. They may have been a display model in a Stealth Mode store and as such may show signs of discolouration, slight marks and evidence of prior fitting. Faults are NOT of a serious or structural nature and are usually minor marks.
Only Gift Cards issued by Stealth Mode Limited can be used to buy goods from Stealth Mode Limited.
To help Stealth Mode Limited prevent fraud, orders of €200 Euros or more may require a landline telephone number. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and will be confirmed to you before your order is accepted.
If your order is particularly heavy it may be subject to extra delivery charges. If any order is subject to extra delivery charges you will be advised of the additional cost before your order is collected from the Stealth Mode Limited warehouse by our courier. You have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to pay any additional delivery costs.
We will embroider garments in the most appropriate position so as to not affect the garment’s structure or performance in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines. This may vary from the images on the website depending on the style of product. Please ensure that any spelling or numbers chosen are correct and that the size of product is correct as any mistakes cannot be rectified once your order is placed. As with any personalised products once a product has been embroidered it is non -returnable and will take an additional 2 week processing time after you have received your order acceptance confirmation email.
Warranty and limitation of our liability
If Stealth Mode Limited fails to comply with these terms and conditions, Stealth Mode Limited shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the goods and any proven losses that you suffer as a result of Stealth Mode Limited’s failure to comply (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.
Stealth Mode Limited will not be liable for losses that result from its failure to comply with these terms and conditions that fall into the following categories:
(a) loss of income or revenue;
(b) loss of business;
(c) loss of profits;
(d) loss of anticipated savings;
(e) loss of data; or
(f) waste of management or office time.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude or limit Stealth Mode Limited’s liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by Stealth Mode Limited’s negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) defective products;
(d) any other matter for which it would be illegal for Stealth Mode Limited to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability.
Whilst Stealth Mode Limited adopts industry standard protections against computer viruses, it is not able to warrant that this website is free from computer viruses or any other malicious or impairing computer program.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.
Events outside our control
Stealth Mode Limited will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of its obligations to you that is caused by events outside Stealth Mode Limited’s reasonable control (a ‘Force Majeure Event’). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond Stealth Mode Limited’s reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:
(a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
(d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
(e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
(f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Stealth Mode Limited’s performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and Stealth Mode Limited will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. Stealth Mode Limited will use its reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which its obligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications Stealth Mode Limited sends to you should be in writing. By accessing the Website, you accept that communication with Stealth Mode Limited will be primarily electronic through e-mail or notices posted on the Website. For contractual purposes, by accessing the Website you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that Stealth Mode Limited provides to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise specified the intellectual property rights in the contents of all the pages in this website, are owned or licensed to Stealth Mode Limited, or are used with permission from the owner.
The contents of this website may not be copied, reproduced, modified, downloaded or used in any form without our prior written permission.
Stealth Mode Limited takes all feedback very seriously and aims to deal with complaints as quickly and effectively as possible.
For complaints relating to orders placed through the Website please email email@example.com . To assist Stealth Mode Limited in dealing with your complaint, please detail all aspects of the complaint, your order number and your contact details.
Our right to vary these terms and conditions
Stealth Mode Limited reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that are in force at the time that you order goods from Stealth Mode Limited unless:-
- any change to these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority, in which case the changes may apply to orders previously placed by you; or
- Stealth Mode Limited notifies you of any changes to these terms and conditions before it accepts your order, in which case Stealth Mode Limited has the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions unless you notify Stealth Mode Limited to the contrary within seven (7) working days of receipt by you of the goods.
Physical activities can be hazardous. The selection and use of suitable equipment requires skill, and you should ensure you are appropriately equipped and trained. In the interests of your safety and the safety of others, you should also ensure that you are properly trained in the techniques you will need to employ in pursuit of your chosen activity. Stealth Mode Limited recommends that you seek and take the advice of a suitably qualified person before purchasing your equipment. Once purchased, the equipment should only be used in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions and should likewise be inspected before use and properly maintained. Nothing in this notice affects your statutory rights.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The Directive also means that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
Goods are marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol to show that they were produced after 13 August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Stealth Mode Limited is obliged under this Directive to offer its customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from Stealth Mode Limited a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer bought a new battery/watch/pedometer from Stealth Mode Limited, Stealth Mode Limited would accept their old battery/watch/pedometer and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to Stealth Mode Limited within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these terms and conditions including orders for goods.

If items are in stock delivery to ROI/ NI addresses should be with you in four (4) to five (5) working days from date of despatch (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).
Currently we do not offer the option on our website to ship to mainland UK, EU or Rest of World. However, we can ship to virtually any address in the world, just contact us at email@example.com with your request and we can advise relevant costs. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Transit times can vary from country to country and some countries are considered slow transit.
Our main priority is you. You’ve chosen to order with us and we really appreciate your custom, therefore, we aim to dispatch as quickly as we can.
Please note our Postal and Courier services operate Monday-Friday.
If available, you can track the progress of your order using a unique tracking reference number contained in your order history. Alternatively, you can find the unique tracking reference number on the email you will have received from us, if applicable.
Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

Here are the available delivery options:
Standard ROI/ NI Delivery – Orders less than €50 Inc VAT, carriage is €10 Inc VAT – Orders over €50 Inc VAT have FREE Carriage.
Using our Standard ROI/ NI Delivery, your order should be with you in four (4) to five (5) working days from date of despatch (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).
Delivery to Mainland UK, other EU addresses and Rest of World is only available upon special request.
Express Delivery is currently not available, but we are working on it and if requested will provide you with an offer.
Please note that our courier is currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Customs & Import Charges – Upon Special Requested delivery to UK/ other non-EU addresses
If you order goods from us for delivery outside the ROI, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Neither we nor your courier, have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Personalised goods are non-returnable (please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). We cannot guarantee delivery times on Personalised items, we will endeavor to get your order to you on time however due to the extended processing time this is not always possible. The total order will be processed once the goods have been personalised.
If your order is a mix of personalised and non-personalised goods then the personalised goods may be processed and packaged separately at no additional cost to you, please see “Split packaging”.
Lost or delayed packages
99% of the time, our Standard ROI/ NI delivery is very effective and efficient. In the event, that a customer reports a package undelivered after the estimated time of delivery, we then aim to track the delayed or missing package. This will ensure we find out where exactly the item is e.g. if it’s been delivered and where to. The system has proven very effective for us. Please note, we cannot send out a repeat order/refund until we retrieve the missing item.
Note: The company will not be responsible for missing items should you give postal instruction other than your own address such as “if not in, leave in rubbish bin at back of house” or “leave in neighbour’s porch” or any instructions of such nature.
We cannot file a missing parcel claim until this time period has passed as your parcel may still be in transit.
Should we receive a parcel which has been undelivered and returned to us, we will notify you. In this instance, payment will be required to resend the item. Should you not wish for the item to be resent, credit or a refund will be issued less original shipping charges.
Delivery of Pre-Order Items
If you pre-order goods with a launch date, then we will reserve your goods and hold the whole order until the day before the launch date.
Stealth Mode Limited may pack your order into more than one parcel based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this facility.
We do our best to ensure all our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Stealth Mode Limited however occasionally you may need to return an item.
We operate a NO QUIBBLE returns policy for stock item’s (less the cost of original carriage) and will come to some arrangement with customers for whom we have ordered in a specific product.
1) Cancelling your online order within the cooling off period
You have 14 days to change your mind from the day after you receive your order.
- a) Can I cancel any item that I order?
You can cancel any item ordered online in accordance with the terms in this section apart from:
- personalised or bespoke items;
- any items which deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- any items that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if you have unsealed them; and
- any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery;
- non stock items which have been ordered in specifically for you;
- b) When do I have to cancel my order by?
Your cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the items are received by you (or someone you nominate to receive the items for you) or are collected by you. If your order consists of multiple items or parts which are received by you or collected on different days, then the cancellation period (in respect of your whole order) ends on the day 14 days after the day on which the last of the items or parts are received by you (or a person you have nominated to receive the order) or are collected by you.
- c) How do I notify you that I want to cancel my order?

You need to give Stealth Mode Limited a clear statement that you would like to cancel which includes your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel and some contact information such as a telephone number or email address.
Please do not send returns before getting an email authorisation from firstname.lastname@example.org and please enclose a copy of the Returns Form, Invoice and authorisation email in your return, as we cannot accept returns we know nothing about.
- d) How do I send my items back?
To return an item(s) firstly print the Returns Form, complete it and return it with your invoice, goods and authorization e-mail to:

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the Returns Form the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
- e) How much money will be refunded to me?
Stealth Mode Limited will refund you in full for any items you return( less the cost of original carriage) , but will deduct from any reimbursement an amount equal to any diminishment in value of the items as a result of you handling the items beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.
Any refunds to which you are entitled will be paid using the same payment method originally used by you to make the payment (unless you have expressly agreed otherwise). You will be refunded no later than 14 days after the day Stealth Mode Limited receives the items you are returning back from you.
If a full refund is required (excluding the cost of original carriage), we need to be informed no later than fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the return, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a return is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us.
3) Defective items
If you return items claiming they are defective, Stealth Mode Limited will examine the returned items and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Stealth Mode Limited will process the refund due to you on Stealth Mode Limited’s behalf as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day Stealth Mode Limited confirms via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective items.
Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item(s) Stealth Mode Limited has received back. If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, Stealth Mode Limited will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Stealth Mode Limited aims to process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of this within a week of having returned the item. Please note that at busy times of the year such as Black Friday, Christmas and public holidays etc, these times may increase.
The returned goods do need to be undamaged, in their original packaging, with any supplied tags or labels intact and they must be in a sellable condition.
You must pay for any return delivery costs, except where the wrong item has been sent to you or the item is defective. Where an item cannot, by its nature, be returned by post (for example an exercise bike) we charge an administration fee in order to arrange collection.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order (except in the case of a full or part purchase of goods using a Gift Card, as detailed below).
If any product purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price, any money owing will only be issued as a Gift Card. If your purchase was partially paid for on Gift Card and a refund is payable to you, your Gift Card will be refunded up to the card’s original value, any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase. If you no longer have the Gift Card used to purchase the returned good(s), we will issue you with a new Gift Card to the value payable to you up to the amount of the card’s original value.
